1. General

1.1. All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

1.2. We reserve the right to update or amend these T&Cs at any time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply.

1.3. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all information provided (including sizing, delivery address, and event dates) is accurate.

1.4. Images on our website and social media are for illustrative purposes only. Colours, fabrics, and finishes may vary slightly.

2. Ready-to-Ship Bikinis (Final Sale)

2.1. All Ready-to-Ship bikinis are final sale items.

2.2. Ready-to-Ship items are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges, unless the item is faulty under UK consumer law.

2.3. We strongly recommend carefully reviewing sizing information before purchasing.

2.4. Any issues with faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographic evidence.

3. Custom Bikinis

3.1. Custom bikinis are made to order based on the measurements, preferences, and specifications provided by the customer.

3.2. Due to the bespoke nature of custom bikinis, all custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has begun. You must cancel within 14 days for a refund given your suit hasn’t gone into production.

3.3. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate measurements. We are not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements.

3.4. Minor alterations may be possible at our discretion and may incur an additional fee.

4. Rental Bikinis

4.1. All bikini rentals are reserved with a £70 reservation fee.

4.2. Once the £70 reservation fee has been paid, a member of our rental team will contact you to finalise rental dates and availability.

4.3. The £70 reservation fee is non-refundable after 14 days from the date of payment.

4.4. Rental bookings are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed by our rental team.

4.5. Rental fees (excluding the reservation fee) must be paid in full by the date specified in your booking confirmation. This brings your total to £149.95 including shipping.

4.6. Rental bikinis must be returned by the agreed return date and in the condition they were received, allowing for fair wear and tear. However, do not wash your bikini, we will handle that for you.

4.7. Late returns, damage, excessive wear, or loss may result in additional charges. A £20 late fee with be charged per day late. We reserve the right to charge the card paid for your rental.

4.8. The customer is responsible for the rental bikini from the time it is delivered or collected until it is returned.

5.Posing Suits

5.1. Custom Posing Suits are made to order based on the measurements, preferences, and specifications provided by the customer.

3.2. Due to the bespoke nature of posing suits, all custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has begun.

3.3. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate measurements. We are not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements.
